• All Hydraulic Testing carried out by Phoenix Engineering Company falls under the scope of our ISO 9001 Licence and is in accordance with BS EN 1968:2002 BS EN 1802: 2002 and BS EN 1803:2002.

• All Vessels are tested individually, no group proof testing is used.

• All test equipment is calibrated at regular intervals to ensure maximum accuracy and saftey, as we have the capability to test to pressures of up to 10,000 psi.

• Testing is carried out either using the Water Jacket Method or the Non Jacket Method with a calibrated Glass Burette.

• By using these two methods it is possible to test a wide variety of shapes and sizes of vessel with a high degree of accuracy, in a safe environment.

• Full recorded history maintained of all vessels tested.
